This is disgusting. It’s only saving -them- 2.5 million dollars. They run by contract. The reason there’s so much technology being poured into this is because there is so much money in the contracts that it becomes beneficial to do research and PR campaigns for the parent companies. Guess what they’ve done with the extra chunk of change they gain from this kind of "efficiency"? I hope Bloomberg and the politicians rot in hell, for their greed and advancing the prison industry agenda. Which happens to be making sure we have a prison population in which 65% are no-violent victim-less criminals, The American Prison Industry is a multi-Billion dollar A YEAR industry that feeds off the Taxpayers, between or war on drugs, TSA, HLS, NSA,CIA, and god only know who else. We the people have no say as every stinking politician in my country are the biggest criminals who should be doing hard fucking time and having their collective asses pounded by BuBa the Love Gorilla each and every night.
