lol, did he just call them "shiny things"?

Someone please get the Africans to use these so they’ll stop cutting all their trees down and help them get out of the stone age. They get more Sun than anyone.

These are a must have for us because in winter if the sun is out but snow is on the ground you can still cook. And for backpacking the one that breaks down is great for cooking in. And they keep the heat out of my kitchen in our 100* summer days here in CA

If only our Elite or leaders in the West pushed for more of this innovation using nature in sync with tech versus always destroying nature without giving back. The world could be amazing!

Ironically, we’re all two paychecks away from living like these people.

Save African top soil from ending up in the ocean. Save the trees.

I would love to see that catch on on the Philippines. I’ve made my own solar oven and it works great. But it’s not something that most people want to cook with at this time.

typical sexist propaganda, it’s only a problem if it affects the wiminz. Too bad, this vid was interesting until 1:12 Thumbs downed

  26. you read this in your mind ,right? on June 28, 2020 at 1:00 pm

The only problem with solar cooker is it cant be used in cloudy and rainy weather, and you can’t use it to cook at night.Other than that,it’s perfectly safe, easy and greener

  27. MrXstacey on June 28, 2020 at 1:01 pm

I love the pasteurization meter, even though my electricity is included in my rent, I still use my solar cooker all the time. change starts from within.

@abneyone It’d be impossible to do frequently in the Philippines. Your lungs would die from the pollution outside. but i’d like to see it done, nevertheless

  34. bombilations on June 28, 2020 at 1:12 pm

@harleyxxfabco it’s not their fault because if they could just drive down to Walmart or Target and pick up all this shit they would. But they can’t for various reasons like lack of money, resources and a good government, none of which is their fault. they obviously are grateful for the help they’re receiving. and really, we should probably be doing more to help people in these countries when we’ve got it so good without nearly doing as much as they do just to survive.

The obama deception is a cheap rip off from zeitgeist. They just stole some clips and reedited it.

@harleyxxfabco racist ass. Not thier fault they are deprived of knowledge that most people take for granted. Is it not fair to share this so that they can live better. I’m sure if thier own people and country wasen’t trying to screw them over they could be showning us what to do. Just get over it.

lol i remember in 3rd grade, we got a pizza box, put foil inside the lid, and put plastic wrap on the bottom lid. a solar oven! we baked cookies in it…it works, but the cookies were so wet and almost not cooked haha!

  47. Harley Dozer on June 28, 2020 at 1:31 pm

Why isn’t it their fault that they have barely progressed past the stone age?
I am all for sharing technology withe them. It is just a damn shame that it takes Western civilization (white people) to lift them out of poverty. They ought to be falling all over themselves thanking the Anglo-American culture for dragging them into the 21st century.
