U don’t want lithium batteries in your home……. lithium are a nightmare in a fire situation

  2. somewhere on the earth on August 27, 2020 at 2:59 pm

    It is actually expensive
I have installed 150Ah lead acid at my home. & it last long to 7years. And i bought it new in 200$

  3. Braeden Posey on August 27, 2020 at 3:00 pm

Think they would work on a golf cart? I need to swap out my deep cell 72V system gel.

  4. danz409 on August 27, 2020 at 3:03 pm

yea. pricing on these is NOT stable… $200 is the absolute cheapest one i see on ebay right now. other than the 2 in that price range 3rd in line shoots up to $300 for 1 battery.

  5. I-Love-CO Mountains on August 27, 2020 at 3:04 pm

TIL $950 is "dirt cheap" lol nice

  6. Charles Hines on August 27, 2020 at 3:05 pm

Is that CAN communication the same that is found in some European cars? I have a Volkswagen and all of the electronic modules are connected on a CAN bus. It can be a good thing because it will tell you if any bulb is burned out but it can make those cars a nightmare to work on too. Detecting bad bulbs is far from all it can do though, with the correct scan tool and the courage to mess with that thing you can do a variety of things. You can also seriously F— up your car if you have no idea what you are doing or do it wrong in any way so it is NOT for the faint of heart!!

  12. John Moore on August 27, 2020 at 3:08 pm

    $950 for a battery is not cheap….

  13. David Ulmer on August 27, 2020 at 3:08 pm

I’m curious about the math here. If an AGM battery at 160 ah is $350 – $450 for a new battery, you would have to buy 4 of these used 40 ah batteries to have the same capacity which is $600 (with no warranty). Correct me if I’m wrong, but how is that cheap.

  14. Matti Virta on August 27, 2020 at 3:09 pm

150$ one battery NOT have cheap, wery expensive, were i found thailand thsi but cost less than 60$ one battery i need 4 pcs.

  17. Dana Rider on August 27, 2020 at 3:14 pm

Makes more sense to just keep buying 25 dollar tractor batters from wally, lasts a couple of months at least till ya fall asleep with something running and run her dead. Even so just go exchange it at walmart or buy a new one..

  18. Jacob Vance on August 27, 2020 at 3:19 pm

If they were used in medical equipment then they were all well maintained and they would need to be swapped out at a time interval well below their expected life. Medical equipment is always preventative maintenance

  19. terry mccorkle on August 27, 2020 at 3:19 pm

How long did they actually run the heat blower

  20. 4 Friends RVing on August 27, 2020 at 3:23 pm

Do you think these could be used to replace golf cart batteries?

  21. Marcel Lucassen on August 27, 2020 at 3:24 pm

Hi, You connected two plugs together but there where two more plugs and my question is are they the same? Will it blow up if you also connect the other two together?

  22. tahir mehmood on August 27, 2020 at 3:24 pm

hello dear my friend where are you from

  23. Derek Pearse on August 27, 2020 at 3:26 pm

Love the video just stumbled on. Im looking for a cheap way to charge some batteries over AC on off peak times and the discharge them to run devices during the day. (I could use something like smart plugs that only power on during certain times so anything that’s connected to the battery like a kettle will only use the power from the battery that charged during the night)
Anyone know of any easy ways to do this?

  24. Nette Leverett on August 27, 2020 at 3:27 pm

    Extremely informative! Thank you😁

  25. David Ahn on August 27, 2020 at 3:27 pm

Will, I got two U27-12XP’s, and I connected them together, and they don’t appear to be balancing. One was at 13.15V, the other was at 13.6V, 8 hours later, still same voltages. I just reversed the order and plugged in the other male-female connectors and report back. Interestingly, once I connected them this way, the voltages went up to 13.24V and 13.68V. We’ll see if it works.

If that doesn’t work either, I’ll search your videos for another way to balance them.

  26. James Meyer on August 27, 2020 at 3:28 pm

hi I have a question I have a valence lithium battery I have charged it down below 20 percent and and I am locked out how do I trick the battery into charging again ,

  27. Max Pyane on August 27, 2020 at 3:30 pm

Cheap and easy just like my women!!!!!!!!!

  28. john howard on August 27, 2020 at 3:30 pm

You GOTTA KNOW You GOT ONE HELL OF A GREAT DEAL !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I just looked for them on ebay ,
cheapest I found $150 & up WAY UP !!$$!! Those batteries would
almost cost as much as materials
    for My cabin !

  29. Quentin Carter on August 27, 2020 at 3:30 pm

Hi, what tester are you using?

  30. davva360 on August 27, 2020 at 3:30 pm

Wouldn’t mind something like this for my RV. The deep cycle lead acid batteries are useless. They get fully discharged too easily which ruins them. I only have a single deep cycle battery on my travel trailer but it’s always dead and does not hold a charge.

  34. Tina Gallagher on August 27, 2020 at 3:44 pm

I do like this video. the batteries are, the last time I looked, around $600+ each. that’s still cheaper than the 1K for a regular lithium battery. they also weigh around 25 pounds each, more or less, which is still way less than the 100+ pound regular battery. They also have the box, cables, bmi and thermostat and the regular battery has nothing.

  35. James Turner on August 27, 2020 at 3:44 pm

Can I use them to replace coach batteries in my motor home?

  36. M VariKKODAN on August 27, 2020 at 3:45 pm

If you could but see when they will be made to stand before their Lord. He will say, "Is this not the truth?" They will say, "Yes, by our Lord." He will [then] say, "So taste the punishment because you used to disbelieve."

    -Surah Al-An’am, Ayah 30

Those will have lost who deny the meeting with Allah, until when the Hour [of resurrection] comes upon them unexpectedly, they will say, "Oh, [how great is] our regret over what we neglected concerning it," while they bear their burdens on their backs. Unquestionably, evil is that which they bear.

    -Surah Al-An’am, Ayah 31

lithium batteries are bad news. The pollution from the manufacturing and disposal is going to bite our grand children all in the ass, way worse than "global warming".
